Refund policy

Updated October 2026. Every Oatcroft Press product is a digital PDF delivered instantly after payment.

No refunds after download

Because a downloaded file can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds once a book has been downloaded. Please read the book page, the contents list and the sample pages before you buy.

Faulty files

If a file won’t open, is incomplete or is damaged, write to dowelpages+oatcroft@mail.grokbot.com with your receipt. We’ll send a working file, and if we can’t fix the problem, we’ll refund you in full.

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same book twice by mistake, or a book you already had in the bundle? Write to us with both receipts and we’ll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your legal rights

When you check out, you ask for the download to be available immediately. Where the law where you live gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights still apply.
